Veroster Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Effective May 30, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Veroster. By creating an account, accessing, or using Veroster websites, apps, and related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

Our Service

Veroster is a shift calendar app for people who work rosters. It helps you manage schedules, Shift Types, patterns, rotations, events, income calculations, reports, reminders, team features, chat, shift trades, calendar subscriptions, and data exports. We may add, change, or discontinue features from time to time to improve the Service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Veroster, and you must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account and login credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. If you notice unauthorized use of your account, contact us promptly at [email protected].

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms. In particular, you will not:

  • Access another person's account, team, or data without authorization
  • Disrupt, overload, or attempt to breach the Service, its servers, or its networks
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or commercially resell the Service without permission
  • Upload malware, send spam, or post content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful to others
  • Use the Service in a way that violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others

Team Features and Shared Workspaces

If you create or join a team, some information such as your display name, shared schedules, messages, and trade offers is visible to other members according to workspace settings and member roles. You are responsible for using team features appropriately, respecting other members, and sharing only information you have the right to share. Team administrators may manage members, content, and workspace settings according to their permissions.

Your Content

Data and content you create in Veroster, such as schedules, notes, reports, and messages, remain yours. You grant us the rights needed to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service to you, for example to sync data, keep backups, display shared content in teams, and export data at your request. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you enter.

Premium, Billing, and Subscriptions

Some features are available through a Premium subscription in mobile release builds. Purchases and billing are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their terms. Subscriptions typically renew automatically until you cancel. You can manage or cancel a subscription in the account settings of the store where you subscribed.

Refunds are governed primarily by Google Play or App Store policies. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but generally does not refund the current billing period unless required by law or store policy. Deleting your Veroster account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

Calendar Subscriptions, Exports, and External Services

If you create a calendar subscription URL or export files such as CSV, Excel, .ics, or JSON backups, you are responsible for keeping those URLs and files secure. Once data leaves the Service, its storage and sharing depend on the device, app, or external service you use with it, which is outside our control.

Intellectual Property

Veroster, including its name, logo, design, software, and Service content (other than user content), is the property of Veroster and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal or team use under these Terms only.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep the Service available and stable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from data loss. We may update, maintain, or change the Service, and some features may be experimental (beta) and subject to change or discontinuation. We recommend backing up important data regularly.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion using the steps on the Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or where necessary to protect users, the Service, or to comply with law. When an account is terminated, your right to use the Service ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be error-free, or operate continuously and securely at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Veroster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk and should always keep backups of important data.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If a dispute arises about these Terms or the Service, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it together.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when services, features, or legal requirements change. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may notify users through the website or app as appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
